It was fantastic to work with a team that could elevate me from the weeds to that 50,000 foot view and ask the right questions to help get to the root of what BHD needs to answer to really “win” the industry. It can be challenging to do these things alone, and the Dynamize team was an expert at bringing an unbiased and objective view to the exercise which was invaluable in creating a meaningful and concrete roadmap for our future. I also feel that the alignment from the Vision to the Strategic Directions and Tactical Layer were exactly what I needed from this and they delivered exactly as I would have hoped.
