The Dynamize program brought a disciplined, outside lens to key areas of our business. They helped uncover gaps between leadership’s perspective and employee self-assessments, which gave us a clearer view of where we needed to focus. They also worked with us on facility layout and workflow, and his involvement translated into real, practical changes in how we’re building out our new manufacturing space. This is our second time working with Dynamize, and again they delivered measurable improvements that have had a direct impact on our operations.
