We brought in Dynamize to work with our management team on strategic planning. Using information gleaned from our kick off meeting, theydeveloped a well thought out strategy for the following sessions which allowed us to focus and make significant progress in developing strategic targets in a multi-year roadmap. Not only were the meetings well structured to keep us on task and develop ideas, but Dynamize was also able to adapt as needed based on the decisions and progress we made during the meetings. We were able to better define our corporate structure and made progress on – and are continuing to work on – defining roles and responsibilities within that structure. We developed new internal communication guidelines and re-organized our management meetings to be more effective and less time consuming. Dynamize showed a real commitment and passion to help our company make tangible progress on the issues that we worked on in the sessions.
