With massive growth aspirations and major opportunities both domestically and internationally to expand our reach, scaling our production teams and processes in an efficient and streamlined manner is imperative. Our involvement in the Dynamize program exceeded our expectations from the opening session, and has already begun to yield results in driving product standardization, process improvements, improved workflows, inventory management, and facility optimization. Their professional and knowledgeable approach, coupled with the ability to engage the entire group in very technical discussions enabled our production team to align with a vision that will allow us to level-up, and meet the tremendous opportunities ahead of us.
